Karmann-Mobil is starting the 2022 motorhome season with a real eye-catcher. With the new Davis Trendstyle, the manufacturer is breaking away from the classic furniture look in the interior and offering surprises with a textile microfibre look on the furniture fronts and cabinets. The new visual highlight combines the advantage of modern design with the practical benefits of a modern, robust and wipe-clean surface coating for van furniture. The fabric structure gives the Dexter Trendstyle an unusually stylish homeliness for campervans and at the same time sets new fresh accents. When first looking into a campervan, hardly any prospective buyers expect to see drawer fronts or washroom walls with a textile look. The surprise effect is quickly accompanied by an appreciative nod of the head when each look is followed by a touch, as connoisseurs recognise an insensitive, structured plastic surface material. The grain of the worktops in the kitchen and at the table in the seating area, together with the upholstery in coffee/cappuccino colours, is skilfully integrated harmoniously into the new world of style.
The innovative look is not least evidence of the fresh breeze blowing through the brand. Karmann-Mobil is also pushing a modern interpretation of the look on the outside: in the trendy new Lanzarote Grey with black aluminium rims, black awning and anthracite-tinted brand emblem as well as dark-tinted windows, the car is in tune with the automotive spirit of the times.
When it comes to equipment, Karmann-Mobil focuses on an attractive overall package. In addition to the exterior design elements already mentioned, amenities such as a 4 KW diesel heater, midi-Heki, mosquito screen door, blackout system, electric step, exterior lighting, multimedia preparation, 90-litre fuel tank, Isofix system mounts, table extension and the 35-L chassis can be found in the Trendstyle’s array of features. Four layouts (Davis Trendstyle 540, 590, 591 and 620) are available.
