Wonderful prospects: Davis View with pop-top bed

The vehicles, which are identical to the well-known Davis models in terms of floor plans, are equipped with a pop-top bed. The additional 1.80 m x 1.20 m-sized double bed inspires with an unobstructed view from a height of approx. 2.70 m and lots of fresh air in the textile-covered roof top.

The folding roof is mounted on top of the original roof and can be reached easily and safely via a ladder in the roof cut-out. This means that the bodywork structure retains its strength. Another advantage is the significant reduction of the risk of leaks or corrosion when compared to vehicles with full cut-outs. Due to this construction, the original standing height of 1.97 m is also retained throughout the entire vehicle. The connection to the roof is made via a moulded part, which also visually distinguishes the Davis “View” model from the Davis in series configuration.

The new “View” model can be ordered in all known Davis floor plan variants. In this way, customers are offered a wide range of comfortably equipped vans for a variety of individual leisure activities from the very beginning. The combination of pure “fresh-air camping” and fully equipped camper vans makes the new “View” models attractive for new target groups who have not yet found the right Karmann-Mobil product suiting their needs.
